• The pool takes 48hrs to heat and is an additional cost (jacuzzi usage is free of charge)
• We have outward facing security cameras and a ring doorbell for extra security. None of these camera infringe on privacy.
• We understand this is a large home that can accommodate big groups but we are NOT a party house and we have a ZERO tolerance policy for any nuisances to our neighbors, disrespect of our property or neighborhood from booked guests or guests visitors, or unauthorized gatherings. If this does not fit your needs then please do not book this property or feel free to cancel immediately for a full refund upon booking. Any police visits will result in a $2500 fine that guests are responsible for.
