The master suite features a king sized bed in an oversized sleeping area. An arched hallway will lead you to a gorgeous master bathroom with an enormous double shower, his-and-her vanities and massive jetted tub.
Upstairs there is a breathtaking kitchen with double ovens (a third oven is available in the basement kitchen), table dining for 7 (expandable to up to 14), massive center island, double sinks, dishwasher and chef's cookware and Wusthof knife set.
There is a large home office on the main floor with a double desk 48" widescreen monitor, executive chair and printer. There is also a NordicTrack rowing machine available for your use. High speed internet up to 1 Gig is available throughout the house and yard via mesh wifi 6 routers.
Downstairs are 3 large bedrooms. All three are custom designed and well appointed. The first has a queen bed. The other two bedrooms each have a twin size bed.
There is also a second kitchen in the basement with a full size stove/ oven, sink, dishwasher and refrigerator-freezer unit. The basement features 10' ceilings, custom rock work, two bathrooms, a basement exit, an antique piano (over 100+ years old), a tv and sound system setup, couch, and adequate room for parties and hosting.
Finally, there is a custom home theater setup with a 130" screen, JBL/Sony sound setup in 7.3 configuration. Stadium seating is available for up to 9 people in the theater that is among the finest home theater rooms you will ever experience.
Outdoors there is an oversized patio with pavilion, including outdoor furniture and fireplace. The pavilion, fence and home are covered with evening lights on timers. There is also a gas BBQ frill, Traeger smoker grill and Blackstone flattop grille. The property is approximately 1/2 acre and a true joy to be in with song birds, aspen and pine trees, and gorgeous mountain views.
The home is located in the city of South Ogden, approximatley 30 minutes from Snowbasin, 45 minutes from Powder Mountain, 40 minutes from the SLC airport and about 1 hour from Park City. This home is truly spectacular, from the vaulted ceilings to the custom granite.
