Getting there:
Take the MARTA Blue Line or Edgewood/Candler Park Green Line to Inman Park/Reynoldstown exit. From there, it’s a two-mile cab ride to The Moreland/East Atlanta Village.
This area was actually quite central to the Civil War; the Battle of Atlanta was fought in East Atlanta and resulted in 12,000 deaths. Heavy history! Good thing East Atlanta continues to define itself for modern times.

By booking you also agree to automatically comply with the immediate termination of your reservation if you or any of your party breaks any rules, terms, policies, and conditions without reimbursement.
House Rules
- Take care of the space and be respectful. Great care has been taken to provide a great experience for you.
1. MY PET RULES IS AS FOLLOWS:
- Pets Must be Pre-Approved Prior to Booking.
- DOGS, no larger than 10 lbs are welcome with a flat, per pet fee of $75. IMPORTANT NOTE: we LOVE to welcome responsible owners, but please show good judgment in leaving your dog alone in a strange place for minimal amounts of time - my guideline is 2 hours. If you plan on leaving your dog longer than 2 hours you must use an off-site pet sitting service. There are highly rated Rover hosts - an online pet setting service similar to Airbnb - within 15 minutes of the East Atlanta Villiage who would love to spend quality time with your dog.
- OWNERS MUST PICK UP THEIR DOG DROPPINGS!
2. Check-in time is any time after 3 pm. Check-out time is any time before 11 am. You're welcome to request an early check-in or late checkout, but this is not guaranteed and we can only confirm 24 hours in advance.
3. We do not allow smoking or vaping of any kind, including but not limited to nicotine, tobacco-derived products, and/or cannabis-derived substances; breaking this rule will incur a $500 fine.
4. IF MORE GUESTS SLEEP AT THE LOCATION THAN STATED IN THE BOOKING, THE FULL DEPOSIT WILL BE CHARGED.
QUIET HOURS ARE 10pm - 8am. But please be respectful of neighbors and residents at ALL times.
5. If a location is left in an exceptionally messy state, we will charge $40 for every extra hour of cleaning required.
6. Guests are not allowed to book a stay in their city of residence.
7. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises. Guests recognize that they may personally purchase insurance to protect themselves in such events.
8. If you notice anything that presents a danger that could result in damage to the location or to any individuals, let us know immediately.
9. Any Essadi Investments property may implement video surveillance in public areas to ensure the safety and security of all guests. This property may also use Noiseware technology to ensure the comfort and security of our guests.
10. If guests delay the cleaners from beginning cleaning at the predetermined check-out time, guests will be charged $50. This fee is applied to any late checkout between 11 am and 1 pm. Any guest who is still in the location after 1 pm will be charged for an extra night. This does not apply if our team has approved a late checkout in advance.
11. When you make a reservation with us, you are agreeing to all of the above House Rules.
Retaliation Clause: By booking, you agree that you are making this reservation in goodwill. Also that you agree to Not damage the property or any of its contents. If in any case you are unhappy because of our rules, consequences, and/or the results of a resolution you will choose to not retaliate. If so we have the right to litigate against you.
