The space includes 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a spacious living room and deluxe kitchen with an open floor-plan, hardwood floors, and high ceilings. Common to New Orleans center-halls, there is a large balcony under the canopy of a historic oak tree.

OVERVIEW:
This recently renovated apartment has an expansive kitchen with state of the art appliances and refined finishes, large bathrooms with walk in-showers, full service laundry, and free off-street parking! The original hardwood floors, cypress doors, windows, and trims were all restored further adding to the New Orleans charm.
