The interior features a billiard room with a pool table, wet bar, baby grand piano, and split bedrooms ideal for family or friend getaways with an ensuite bathroom in each of the 4 bedrooms.. The Primary Suite is equipped with a 65" Smart TV, gas log fireplace, king-size bed & sliding glass doors to the backyard, pool, and hot tub. The attached pool guest suite provides backyard access for those late night dips in the pool/spa before bed.. This is a house for friends and family to create incredible memories, have great laughs and just enjoy life.
The home is located on an Acre lot surrounded by several acres of Natural Area Open Space (NAOS) to provide a private serene ambiance where you may see a Mule Deer or other wildlife in addition to the Mountain Views and City Lights!
