You will be captivated by 450+ feet of private beach, water front gas fire pit and the unparalleled beach-side pool, which is the perfect spot to unwind and take in the stunning views.
Inside, the property boasts bespoke finishes and impeccable attention to detail. The open-concept main living area is designed with your comfort in mind and features multiple seating areas, a formal dining space and a spiral staircase up to a glass-walled sitting room. Off of the main living area is a comfortable sunroom with TV and wet bar. The top-of-the-line kitchen features every amenity a modern chef could need, oversized island with seating and a dining nook with sweeping water views. A separate pantry area, powder room and laundry room complete the main floor living areas.
The five bedrooms offer a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring the beauty of Cape Cod. The primary bedroom is on the main floor and has a king bed, a remarkable walk-in closet, separate water closet and an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, soaker tub and glass-less double headed rain shower. The other four bedrooms are on the second floor, grouped around a family room with a sectional couch, TV and game table. Three of the bedrooms have queen beds, and one has 2 single beds. Two of the queen bedroom have en-suite private baths and the other two bedrooms have a jack-and-jill attached bathroom. An office with a desk and waterfront balcony complete the second floor space.
