Summary: We wanted a location close to the beach, restaurants and shops and this place did not disappoint. Perfect for us with three girls in their early twenties. We loved Anis and Chez Coco for breakfast, Muchacha and Somos, Katana and Manzu for dinner…. All within walking distance. The beach is just a block away also. The concierge was great with bookings for us and recommendations.We rented an UTV to get around to Montezuma, Curu and Malala’s for excursions. There plenty of parking for two of those.The bedrooms are air conditioned, but the rest of the home is not making it hot during the day. There plenty of fans to help but without being higher up you just don’t get the breeze from the beach. The salt pool is older and the skimmer wasn’t working so we had to clean it frequently, but the pool area is really pretty with all the flowers around it. We had an ongoing issue with the fridge / freezer which the concierge was really good at getting maintenance out, unfortunately it really didn’t resolve before we left. Definitely great location and very cool home. Would consider again if we make it back to Santa Teresa.RegardsLiean
