This 3 Bedroom 3 full bath LUXURY townhouse-styled condominium is furnished to the highest level, comparable to suites at the Little Nell or St. Regis, this is our nicest unit on the river in this complex. Location is everything and we're nestled on the banks of the beautiful Roaring Fork River in Aspen Core, only 3 short blocks from City Market, the Silver Queen Gondola / Aspen Mountain and all the restaurants and shops that Aspen has to offer. The bus stop directly across the street provides easy access to Aspen Highlands, Buttermilk or Snowmass for a day of skiing or mountain biking and operates twice an hour. With other free transportation options in town as well, a rental car is not required. This property is the perfect retreat after a spectacular day on the mountain!!
Upon entering the foyer, take the stairs down to the open kitchen, dining and living area. This spacious living area includes a fully equipped kitchen, hardwood floors, flat screen TV, stone wood-burning fireplace and expansive shared deck with BBQ over the gorgeous Roaring Fork River. A separate wing contains a bedroom perfect for a nanny or second couple and is equipped with a desk and a queen bed. A shared bathroom with walk in shower is located in the hall, along with a small closet housing the washer/dryer.
This home interior features Aspen tongue and groove cedar planked ceilings crossed with large wood beams in every room, providing a luxurious yet rustic and cozy cabin feel.
Upstairs the large master king suite with ensuite bath and steam shower has stunning Roaring Fork river views. It is fully equipped to function as a "work from anywhere" home office with a desk, mini-fridge and another wood-burning fireplace. A guest bedroom featuring two twin beds that can be joined into a king if desired, flat screen smart TV, built-in wall unit for storing belongings and ensuite combination tub and shower bath is also located on this floor.
Amenities include your own secure ski locker immediately outside your door, complimentary off-street parking for one vehicle, access to Aspen’s largest private (heated) outdoor pool, two hot tubs, a newly renovated fitness room with sauna, and a conference room/business center.
