This gorgeous New England luxury home accommodates 12 guests in 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom is located on the top floor, outfitted with a SmartHDTV and an eloquent ensuite full bathroom. Down the hall, you'll find 2 more bedrooms once you've passed the shared full bathroom (equipped with a tub/shower combo). One of the bedrooms has a queen bed and another TV for your enjoyment. The next bedroom, thoughtfully designed, has a twin over full bunk, with a twin trundle below and a TV! The final bedroom can be found downstairs on the first floor off the 2nd of 2 living rooms. The downstairs bedroom has a bunk bed (twin over twin) with a twin trundle below and another TV. The utmost thought and consideration were put towards the design and layout to maximize the space for guests, while also delivering a high-end experience that is worthy of 5 stars!

There are 3 full bathrooms in the home, each of them stocked with all the essentials you need for the duration of your stay. One is located on the 1st floor, the next is upstairs off the hallway, and the final bathroom is the primary ensuite bathroom.

The bright and airy kitchen serves as the central staple of the home. With full open concept, guests can move freely from the dining space, to the kitchen, and over to the first of two living rooms! The dining area seats 8 guests at the gorgeous wooden table, while the breakfast bar offers comfortable seating for another 5 guests! Off the living room, you'll find the sliding doors out to the porch and hot tub!
Looking to escape for a bit? Or rather, need a spot for the kids to enjoy themselves? Send them downstairs to the second of two living rooms! The downstairs living room boasts a fun mountain range mural, an oversized HDTV with Roku, and board games for entertainment! It is the perfect escape!! It's down here that you'll also find the 3rd full bathroom, laundry room, and ski/boot room with boot dryers/warmers!

Guests staying at this modern luxury vacation home have exclusive access to numerous amenities. Take time to enjoy skiing/snowboard/hiking right off the property at Sugarloaf mountain. Looking to relax? Enjoy your own personal hot tub at your leisure. There are multiple HDTVs in the home, along with an entertainment system powered by Roku. You are welcome to use the laundry area, as well as the dedicated workspace.
Other things to note
-We conduct additional guest screening outside of the booking platform. Booking a stay at this home is acknowledgement of this. Booking your stay gives us as the manager permission to screen your identity and check criminal databases to confirm your reservation.
- Unexpected circumstances happen - we HIGHLY recommend purchasing travelers insurance
- Guests must e-sign the Maine Mountain Connection LLC Co-Host property rental agreement and provide proof of age via a photo ID within 3 days of reservation to get access codes.
- The guest who books must be one of the guests staying on the property (sorry - no booking for others).
- Minimum booking age is 25 and must show proof of a valid ID if asked
