This is for sure one of the most beautiful spots in Bavaria. World known fantastic location - can´t be better. 300 m to Lake Forggensee. The elevator brings you directly from the garage to the apartment that sleeps 5 persons. 5 rooms, of which 3 Bedroom(s), Open-plan kitchen, living room, dining room, 1 bathroom, 1 shower room, 3 balconies. Surface area: 160 m²/ 1721 sqft. Year of construction: 1990. Amenities: Bedding: 1 Double bed, 3 Single beds.
As a special opportunity our guest can use the beautiful Ludwig-Spa (indoor and outdoor pool, saunas, steam bath etc.) in the Hotel directly in the neighborhood - just 2 min walk. For use of the Spa a daily fee of 10 € per person will be added to the rent (please note that the entrance to the Spa cannot be granted on a daily basis but just for the whole stay and must be reserved together with the booking, minimum age for Spa use is 14 years, due to the Corona situation currently the Spa is not open). Of course renting the apartment without Spa use is also possible. In Schwangau a very beautiful and popular public Spa is also nearby.
Schwangau is also the ideal location to visit Munich (1 - 1.5 hour drive).
