Perfect for vacations any time of year! Fully equipped kitchen, dining table for 8, cathedral ceilings, bbq, beds: 2 queens, 2 singles, pullout double sofa. Professionally cleaned before your arrival (including fresh linens & bath towels). Max occupancy is 8 (fire code and BMVA Licencing Requirements - strictly enforced/no exceptions)
We provide all bed linens and towels, 3 cable TVs, DVD player, IPod/iphone docking station, and free WIFI. Private balcony with BBQ off the great room which overlooks the 18th fairway of the Monterra golf course. Swimming pool available (seasonal - open May Long weekend - closes end of September - shared with our development), hot tub & change house (open all year - shared with our development - Presently closed due to covid protocols). Private front porch with mountain/ski hill and Village view.
Complimentary use of owner's private ground floor storage closet - perfect for your skis/bikes/golf clubs/etc.
Excellent location as you are staying in Rivergrass which is a 3 minute walk of the Blue Mountain Village and the ski hills. Free parking and optional complimentary shuttle bus service at front door to the Blue Mountain Village. Our unit is a end unit located over the 2nd and 3rd floor
