Private estate consisting of 150,000 m2 mountain of centenary olive trees, just 10 minutes walk from the center of Alaro; in the center of the mountain the house, newly renovated with exquisite taste, has 600 m2 living space arranged in 6 bedrooms with beds of 1'10 m each; 6 bathrooms with large showers, two of them have a bathtub, toilet on the main floor, large living room with fireplace and exit to terrace. The kitchen has 120 m2 and offers multidisciplinary spaces, from a large cooking area with barbecue and island with stools, to a dining table of 4 m; A corner with a sofa for reading or chatting, a corner with children's desk and blackboard where they sit to draw and even a small children's kitchen. The kitchen opens a huge window to the charming porch, which has another long dining table ideal for summer evenings. The kitchen leads out onto another terrace with a cistern. There is also an office space in the house.
On floor -1 is the gym, equipped with punching bag, trellis, weights, and all the elements needed to continue training during your vacation, as well as ping pong table and dart boards; The gym communicates with an informal room equipped with television, ideal for the youngest who are used to appropriate this space to be and play.

I love every corner of this house, and I confess that every time I go, I discover a new one. The views are spectacular from any angle, and you enjoy them both from inside and outside the house thanks to the large windows that surround it. So you can choose to be under an olive tree, on any of its terraces, on the porch, in front of the fireplace in winter, on a lounger by the pool ... I assure you that any choice is sublime.
The reform of the house is made thinking about its sustainability and extreme comfort, for this I invested in an aerothermal system for cold and heat that saves a lot of energy and allows you to enjoy the house in all seasons; Likewise all the bedrooms as well as the living room have ceiling fans of last generation, completely silent and I thank you in advance that you use from my respect for the environment; I propose that you come to my house in summer and enjoy the outdoors, the pool and the evenings on the porch, or in autumn, when the landscape changes and the ocher takes over the golden garden: why not halloween ? the village feast is charming and if you organize yourself you can pick olives ...; Hikers come in autumn and spring, as well as cyclists , who after a long day of sport appreciate having comfortable rest rooms and bathrooms that work optimally .
