Magnificent private villa of very modern style, on 4 levels. Composed of 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, the villa also has its own private pool and furnished solarium. Located in a quiet street in Orihuela Costa, the house is bathed in sunshine for more than 320 days a year. It is facing south. You will appreciate the sunshine and the tranquility of the places, as well as the numerous points of interest located not far: the Golf of Villamartin, the Villamartin Plaza, the beaches of Playa Flamenca, without forgetting the famous shopping center of La Zénia, with its many restaurants and shops. Going along the coast, you will discover other beautiful places. Like the beaches of Guardamar and Cabo Roig, or the healing salt waters and mud baths of San Pedro del Pinatar.
Housing
On the lower floor are 2 large bedrooms. The first bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed and a television. The second bedroom has 3 single beds of 90 cms. The rest of the floor consists of a large lounge with TV, as well as an office area with computer.
On the middle floor, through which is entered the premises, is a beautiful open kitchen. The kitchen adjoins a large bright dining room of 40 m², which can accommodate up to 10 people. At this level you will also find a bedroom with two 90 cm beds that can be put together to make a king size bed. Next to this room there is a bathroom with walk-in shower.
On the upper floor are the last two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, a television, a walk-in closet, a spacious bathroom and a private terrace. The other bedroom upstairs is equipped with a dressing room and two beds of 90 cms that can be assembled to make a King Size bed. A bathroom with walk-in shower is adjacent to this room.
The highest level is a solarium equipped with a modular pergola, a large table for lunch or have an aperitif, and chairs to enjoy the sun with confidence.
The house has its terrace with private pool. A very large communal pool is also available in the residence. Most rooms are equipped with television with international channels. The internet connection is very high speed fiber and Wifi is also available.
