In the whole house is a nice yellow tiled floor.
The large living room and kitchen are on the 1st floor.
Very luxurious and tastefully furnished.
Through the many windows, this villa is wonderfully light.
The view is beautiful.
In the living room there are 2 sofa's and two cozy yellow armchairs.

The kitchen is quite well equipped with everything you need:
Ceramic hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, combi microwave, kettle, filter coffee maker, toaster, juicer, Sandwitschtoaster and Senseo.
Luxury crockery and cutlery. Bowls and pans in stock.
On the corridor you will find a guest toilet.
From the living room you come, through a sliding door, right on the one, or other terrace with plenty of garden furniture.
The view is wonderful!
At one time you will see the water entrance of the Marina Park and the old mill and the nature reserve "Workumerwaard". The other terrace to the south looks over the water and the park.
So you can enjoy the sun or shade though.
Do not forget your binoculars!
You can walk straight down from the one terrace above
via an outdoor staircase with flagpole.
You are allowed to bring your own flag.
Of course, the Dutch flag is available anyway.
Down the stairs you come to the very large terrace along the water.
Here you can lay down your sloop, which you may have rented, swimming, fishing, etc.

Dogs are welcome and do not charge extra.
