Large, bright rooms with sea views!
Beach, supermarkets, tavernas, bars are within a few minutes walk.
In the house very well fit 10 adult persons, plus 6 children and 2 babies.
All bedrooms are equipped with very good beds.
The master bedroom has a separate bathroom, as well as a walk-in closet.
The large Family-Bedroom 1 has its own small sheltered balcony with morning sun and sea views, a workspace for laptops with sea views, a double bed, chest of drawers, built-in wardrobe, and a daybed, which can be used comfortably for a child. In addition, this room offers enough space to set up another 1-2 baby cots.
The slightly smaller Family-Bedroom 2 is equipped with 1 double bed and 1 single bed and a built-in wardrobe, has sea views and a very large roof terrace. The two family bedrooms share a spacious bath.
In the lower floor (pool level) there are 2 more bedrooms.
Both bedrooms have a separate bathroom with bathtub, one of them also has a walk-in closet, the other a small kitchenette, perfect to have a coffee early in the morning, or to take care of a baby, without "the rest of the crew" to wake up. This room is big enough to sleep one to three children in baby cots or on mattresses near their parents.
The living room has a fireplace, TV, sofas, Wii Playstation, DVD player, books, DVDs and games. A cozy dining area adjoins the open kitchen with kitchen island for cooking together. Also on the balcony is a covered dining area overlooking the sea. Plates and cutlery can be found in each of the large kitchens for at least 15 people.
Another living room with kitchen can be found by the pool. There are 2 sofa beds (each 160x200 mattress), and a separate toilet.
For the pool and BBQ area, there is an extra kitchen with large fridge, freezer, stove, oven and also with dishwasher.
All bedrooms have separate air conditioning.
The pool is very big and the heart of the garden! The underwater bank located in the pool invites you to relax on hot summer days. A small non-swimmer area with 90 cm water depth provides fun for the children, then the pool is over a slope deeper and deeper. For small non-swimmers you can get a pool alarm bracelet (max 2 pieces).
We are a very sociable big family and this house adapts perfectly to any conceivable combination of family and friends, or befriended families (including many children).
Due to the many different large dining places inside and outside, the work can be divided well on holiday and does not always depend on the same ...!
