It has two living rooms with large glass windows offering breathtaking views, cozy dining area and with a modern large fully equipped kitchen. The main living room is located at the pool level and has direct access to the main terrace and outdoor pergola covered dining area. The second living room can be closed and changed in to a comfortable twin bedroom.
A pathway to the sea can lead you to swim in a rocky coastline. Nearest sandy organized beach is Tersanas beach at 1300m from Kyma villa. With a 20 min drive you can visit Venice of Crete, Chania city. It has a picturesque Venetian port, many nightlife choices, a huge variety of shops and restaurants.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
-The pool can be heated with an extra charge of 500 euros per week in October, November, April and May, to be paid in cash on arrival and must be requested at least 2 days in advance. Respectively 700 EUR/week from December to March to be paid in cash on arrival and must be requested at least 2 days in advance. Please note that the temperature of the heated pool goes up to approx. 5 degrees Celsius higher than the ambient air temperature.
-Damage deposit of 900 Euros will be requested in order to book this property which will be refunded in full 24H after your departure day
