This amazing property features 8 Bedrooms, and 6 bathrooms for up to 18 guests to sleep comfortably. Casa Oceana has its bedrooms split over 2 floors with a mirror image plan layout on each floor. The main level features 4 Bedrooms and 4 Bathrooms. The second level features 4 Bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms. The 1st and 5th Bedrooms are both master bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, king-size bed, and walk-in closets. The 2nd and 6th Bedrooms have queen beds, each with its own private bathroom. The 3rd, 4th, 7th, and 8th have Queen beds and a shared full-size bathroom for two rooms. There are two bedrooms (one on the main level and one on the 2nd level) that have a twin-size trundle bed in addition to the queen bed.
In total, the property is set to a max of 18 people to sleep comfortably. Each bedroom has its own smart & Apple TV, cable, WiFi, AC, custom-made cabinetry, beds, and bedside settings.

This home is an architectural wonder and features a modern tropical style and has a fully equipped kitchen, Silestone quartz countertops, and beautiful Costa Rican woodwork throughout. There is a custom dining table for 18 guests, with a beautiful one-piece hardwood dining table - a must-see, check the photos!!!! Stunning local ocean photography has been blown up onto large canvas, lining all the spaces throughout the home, hence the name Casa Oceana!
The house is stocked with items for your personal use such as beach towels, folding beach chairs, and a cooler. We also include complimentary amenities like coffee, basic spices, salt, pepper, cooking oil, and shampoo/soap, as a courtesy for your stay. The Hacienda Pinilla Beach Club is included in the rental, but they have a $5 fee, per person per day for the use of this amenity.
