Spanning 3 levels of living space plus don't forget the Tower Room on the 4th level! Enjoy all 4 seasons on the edge of downtown Meredith NH situated directly on the water! This unique location allows for world class boating and sailing on over 72 square miles of water with direct access to Meredith town and surrounding area towns for dining and shopping by foot or boat.
Literally a 5 minute walk to the center of town, It is located in the heart of Meredith NH with 76’ of waterfront to explore directly on Lake Winnipesaukee. The town has grown to be a welcoming vacation destination for many families. The house has 6 bedrooms + plus a bunk room and can sleep 20 people in a bed. Each bedroom has its own en-suite. The 50’ waterfront deck has plenty of room to relax and hang out. There is an aluminum 50’ dock on the property. The view of Meredith Bay from anywhere on the docks or the many decks on this property is inviting.
