This home is also a 10 minute ride to the Northgate Station Light Rail that can take you directly to SeaTac Airport and downtown Seattle!

Upon entering the home, you'll be welcomed by the spacious living area with large windows exposing the beautiful westward views and sunsets each night. This space is filled with natural light and provides a comfortable and airy atmosphere.
Aside from a wide selection of beautiful neighborhoods and dining or cafes to choose from, we also have a fully-equipped kitchen that has all the amenities you could ever want and is elegantly designed with beautiful kitchen cabinetry and stainless appliances, as well as large countertops, perfect for anyone who enjoys cooking and entertaining. The dining area is a great place to socialize and enjoy a delicious meal together. We have had many positive reviews on how our kitchen is stocked fully with almost anything you would need to cook a large meal.
4 of the 6 bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. The 2 main floor bedrooms include the master bedroom and bathroom (king-sized bed) and a second bedroom with a queen-sized bed and ensuite bathroom. We have 3 bedrooms upstairs, including a second master bedroom featuring a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom upstairs has a queen-sized bed with no ensuite bathroom. The 3rd bedroom upstairs has a full-sized bed and also a twin trundle bed.
Our basement has 1 bedroom with a queen-sized bed and ensuite bathroom. There is also a futon couch on the living area for extra sleeping space. You can also check out and enjoy the game room with a pool table, dart board, shuffleboard table, 65" TV, and gym. Off of the basement is a large slider door with patio, BBQ grill, and hot tub.
This is a perfect getaway especially for families with kids as this home features a pack n' play, a high chair, kids kitchenware, kids books, and toys, a sandbox, and an outdoor playset!
Have a cup of coffee and sit outside on the balcony and terrace while admiring the incredible and peaceful views of the surroundings in night and day views! You can also enjoy the BBQ grill in the backyard or chill out in the hot tub with your family and friends.
We have full sets of sheets and duvets for all beds as well as extra towels for everyone - so you don't have to worry about that!
