This lovely, contemporary, pool home offers expansive views from an oversized tip lot (two intersecting canals) with 160 feet of concrete seawall, a Dock and only 1 bridge out to the Gulf of Mexico, the Myakka River and the Port Charlotte Harbor. Our Third Ray of Sun is located in the Waterfront Boating Community of SOUTH GULF COVE which offers parks, a boat ramp and marinas and is only minutes away from beautiful Southwest Florida Beaches in Boca Grande and Manasota Key . You will love this well cared for 3/2/2 pool home with it's many special features such as split floor plan, formal living and dining rooms, a kitchen with lot's of space, hardwood cabinets and Corian countertops, breakfast area and large pass through to the Lanai. The attached large Great room has a charming electric fireplace and big screened TV.
