A spacious bedroom with a 180x200 cm bed, TV, dresser, two bedside tables with lamps, fan, large mirror, table, and heating.
An adjoining open shower room (note: it’s not a fully enclosed room) with double sinks, a storage unit, and a towel dryer.
Separate WC.
A washing machine, iron, and drying rack.
A portable fan.
Note: There are ongoing works on the top floor.

The town is "Labelled 'Villes et Villages Fleuris'", offering walking trails, a Greenway ideal for leisurely strolls, and parks that nature lovers will appreciate. The beauty of Parc Saint-Clair is worth a visit.
Nearby, you can discover the surprising Saint-Clair Waterworks, dating back to 1854, which is listed as a historic monument. Regular tours are organized there.
