Positive: Ideal location for exploring this corner of the Vendée. Large spacious apartment.
Negative: cleanliness - apartment hadn't been cleaned since end of last season and we were first occupants. Dust, cobwebs everywhere. Charge 10€ per day per person for bed linen - not disclosed in the booking information. Security Deposit of 400€ - not disclosed in the booking information. No microwave oven. Oven not working - forced to eat out every night or only cook on a hob - not practical with a 2 year old child.
Summary: This was our 2nd stay in this quiet enjoyable location, despite the inconveniencies, we'll be back
