This is a Coastal & Cozy 2 Bed 1 Bath unit that was just newly remodeled and renovated. There is a vibrant 'beachy' backsplash in the kitchen with new spotlights throughout. The bathroom has a high tech 'lighted' mirror that allows you to play music from your phone. There is a 55" flatscreen tv in the living room with cable , a 50" flatscreen TV in the master bedroom with cable, and a smaller t.v. in the guest room (this t.v. does not have cable but rather allows guests to login to their streaming accounts only). Washer and Dryer are in the unit. The unit is 1 block from Johns Pass and right across the street from the beach. The double balcony overlooks beautiful Boca Ciega Bay where you can see dolphins and manatees from time to time. Johns Pass has plenty to do for the whole family including shopping, restaurants, ice cream, and dolphin and fishing excursions. There is something to do for everyone!
