Positive: A beautifully designed loft with a view of Lake Como. Small gifts for the guests. Warm and welcoming service. Clean room and well-equipped kitchen, games for children, tennis rackets and balls for the tennis court in the complex. Wonderful pool. Organized parking. It seems that everything has been thought of!
