Guests will have exclusive and uninterrupted access to the entirety of the 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom space including balcony overlooking Magazine street (along several parade routes during Mardi Gras!), rear balcony, living/dining room, Kitchen, and laundry. Note this home is a duplex and the entire bottom is occupied by other residents while the entire upper floor is the space being offered.

Summary: The property was clean and had the essentials we needed. The apartment was brght and airy. The front porch was delightful. The area was within walking distance of several restaurants and shops. The only downside was the lack of closet space, but that is the norm in New Orleans. The area felt safe and it was a nice place to walk around. It was convienent for my daughter to come by and pick us up as well.
