Completely renovated in autumn 2023, this 3-storey house is ideal for family life (children can sleep in the quiet and parents can sleep in the quiet). The house boasts old-world charm (1850s, exposed woodwork, fireplace, old terracotta floor tiles...) and all the necessary comforts.
It comprises :
- four bedrooms with a double bed, a pull-out bed (80x100x2) and two cots for babies (on the 1st floor, a large master bedroom, a small baby room. On the 2nd floor, a guest/teleworking room and a large children's bedroom);
- a fully-equipped kitchen;
- a functional bathroom and shower room;
- two dining areas, one indoors in the large living room on the first floor, the other outside in the sun;
- a comfortable living room with sofa bed;
- a balcony to enjoy the view and get some fresh air;
- and a charming little garden planted with trees.
You'll particularly appreciate its calm and comfort.
Everything you need for an excellent stay is at your disposal, including: Wifi, Hairdryer, Washing machine, Coffee machine, Oven, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Microwave, etc. Please note that bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

Commune des Hauts-de-Seine, en région Île-de-France, Malakoff prend place au sud de Paris, limitrophe du XIVème arrondissement. Proche de Châtillon, Montrouge ou encore Vanves et Clamart, cette ville de plus de 30 000 habitants est membre depuis le 1er janvier 2016 de la métropole du Grand Paris. Traversée par la Coulée verte du sud parisien qui reprend en partie le trajet de la via Turonensis, ancien chemin de pèlerinage pour Saint-Jacques-de-Compostelle, la grande ville de Malakoff tient son nom actuel d'une décision de 1868, date de la création de la commune suite à sa séparation avec Vanves. Ce titre viendrait d'une tour défensive située près de Sébastopol dont la prise a permis la victoire de la guerre de Crimée par les Français.
