Located on a tranquil one-acre lot, with easy access to the highway, you’ll easily discover everything Vermont and New Hampshire have to offer. Within a ten-mile radius, you’ll find Wilgus State Park, Mt. Ascutney State Park, and Saint-Gaudens National Historic Park. Enjoy hiking scenic trails, rewarding summit views, and wandering historical museums full of sculptures and gardens. From biking and fishing (the Black River is an excellent area for troutes), and horse riding, there is plenty to engage in. Plus swimming and kayaking abounds, especially in nearby lakes and the Connecticut River. During the winter months, you’ll discover Okemo Mountain Resort (18.6 miles away), Mount Sunapee Ski Resort (23.4), Magic Mountain Ski Area (31.6), and Killington Resort (40 miles) offering plenty of fun including cross-country skiing and snowshoeing trails (groomed and ungroomed), snowmobile trails, snowboarding, and other winter recreation. Groceries stores, pharmacies, and other conveniences are a 20-mile drive away.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
