This 600 sqm period stone-built “mas” oozing with charm is set in 36 peaceful hectares commanding an exceptional panoramic view of the Luberon.
Beautifully furnished, the property, once a farmhouse, has been meticulously renovated while preserving and highlighting superb features such as a lavender distillery and a pebble-paved “calade”.
A terrace enjoying a lovely view boasts a 14 x 5 metre heated swimming pool with a motorised shutter, while a fully equipped summer kitchen with a dining area and a second courtyard dining area in the shade of a lime tree await for al fresco dining.
The property includes a split-level double living/reception room with a fireplace and TV, and an equipped kitchen with dining facilities.
The 9 bedrooms are as follows:
1st floor: a beautiful suite (air conditioned) with a bathroom and a dressing room opening onto a terrace, a double bedroom (air conditioned) with a bathroom, a spare bedroom and two dormitories with a shared shower room for up to 6 children.
2nd floor: 3 double bedrooms (air conditioned, two with private shower rooms), a bedroom with two single beds, and a shower room.
A recreation room with a TV lounge offers a separate area for children.
5 bedrooms are air-conditioned (dormitories for kids : Ventilators are available if required).
With a ping pong table and a table football. For security reasons, a cabin in the grounds is not accessible during rentals.
