En bois et de plein pied,elle est située sur un terrain clôturé de 900m2, dans un quartier résidentiel , à 1mn de la plage et de la forêt, sur la commune de Labenne océan.
Annonce sérieuse : Location à la décoration raffinée , bien équipée et à l'accueil chaleureux .
Maison confortable et très agréable à vivre aux grands volumes , idéale pour de savoureux moments de détente :
* Grande pièce de jour avec parquet au sol , canapé 4 places et méridienne ,écran plat 85 cm , Canal +,Freebox , salle à manger , baie vitrée à galandage s'ouvrant sur le jardin .
* Cuisine fonctionnelle qui rappelle l'ambiance bistrot ( piano gazinière 5 feux et four XXl ; réfrigérateur ; armoire congélateur ; hotte 90 cm ; micro-ondes ; planches de boucher...) tout en étant bien équipée (Tiroirs coulissants , lave-vaisselle , lave-linge , sèche -linge ; autocuiseur ; robot ménager ; cafetière Nespresso , bouilloire , grille-pain, vaisselle variée ) .
