Take exit 207 onto Bee Ridge Rd., SR 758 heading west toward Siesta Key. After approximately 3.5 miles turn right into S Lockwood Ridge Rd. After 0.2 miles turn left into Pinecrest Street. You will see the home on the left side of the road after 0.3 miles. The home has a large Magnolia tree in the front yard.

This house was recently painted inside and out and newly furnished to the owner's exact taste, style, and detail. This is obvious as soon as you enter this unique home and are greeted by tasteful furniture and wall art from the owner's travels all over the world. The home terrazzo and tile floors throughout as the best way to stay cool in the hot Floridian summer.
There is so much to enjoy in this home. The home is fully equipped with a washer and dryer and comes with free high-speed internet and WIFI.
The living area has seating for the whole family so you can get really comfortable. Board games are provided for a family game night. All 3 TVs in the house have access to Cable TV, Netflix, Hulu, Discovery +, Peacock AND pay-per-view movie channels.
The dining area provides the space you need to have a formal family meal. The table will comfortably fit 4 people and can easily seat up to 6 guests.
The bedrooms are beautifully decorated, with much love for detail so our guests can relax, rest and enjoy. The master suite is a spacious, zen space with plenty of cabinets & closet space to accommodate all of your personal belongings. The King size bed has a memory foam mattress. If you want quiet time, you can turn your TV on and enjoy your favorite show in bed. The en-suite bathroom has a shower.
All 3 bedrooms have a large closet so you can stow away your belongings and luggage, and don’t worry there are more than enough coat hangers for every single person!
The queen bedroom has a modern queen-bedroom set with a TV and the third bedroom has two twin beds. The queen bedroom and twin bedroom share the family bathroom. The family bathroom has a shower/tub combo. All three bedrooms have pull-down blinds guaranteeing a great night's sleep for everyone.
A guest favorite will be the well-equipped kitchen. It offers an oven for the chef in the family and stainless-steel appliances, as well as many gadgets that make vacation life easier and more pleasant. Including a coffee maker, electric kettle, smoothie maker, microwave, toaster oven, and toaster. It has, literally everything you will need to prepare your daily meals.
A gas BBQ is provided for your convenience. A very peaceful backyard with a small stream gives privacy for your vacation time. The washer and dryer are in the garage for your private use.
