La Maison Blanche offers all the comfort for up to 8 people with its 225 m2 of living space and also 175 m2 of terraces, swimming pool, and summer kitchen.
It is nestled in the heart of a Mediterranean park in restanques, bordered by a forest and offers a beautiful view of the vineyards and the valley of Souvarel. This natural space will cut you from the tumults and you will be carried by the scents of different species of Mediterranean trees.
One of the highlights of the house is the relaxation area on the main pool with a swimming pool which offers exceptional dimensions of 10 m by 11 m and a pit at 2.5m for diving. It is surrounded by a beautiful terrace, a well-kept garden and a large equipped summer kitchen, both in the sun and natural shade of the trees.
It is a place of conviviality that will allow you to live wonderful moments with your loved ones. To you the moments of farniente, grilling, ... (plancha gas)
A second terrace offers you a magnificent view of the sunset. It is a show renewed every night around an aperitif!
On the upper pool is the petanque field at the foot of the pines and large spaces where the little ones can run, play ball.
The interior of the house is not left with a large area, beautiful volumes, elegant and refined decoration.
The main room is undeniably the living room which is very bright with its many windows and different exhibitions. It is articulated «in arc» around another terrace which allows to sequence this very large space into several sections, starting with the fully equipped kitchen with its central island.
Then comes the dining area with its large table in raw wood and a small lounge at the corner of a wood stove.
In continuity offers you the main living room, with its beautiful fireplace, overlooking the TV area.
The winter garden with exotic vegetation separates the two parts of the sleeping area consisting of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 1 shower room.
The first part is dedicated to the large master suite with its dressing room and bathroom offering shower, bathtub, double basin. It is a privileged space with views of the pool from the bay window.
The second part serves the 3 bedrooms, 2 with bathroom and 1 with shower room. These rooms all
have direct access to the pool through their bay windows.
All rooms are equipped with quality double bed, one king size and three 160x200 cm.
The house also includes 3 WC, a laundry area equipped with a washing machine and dryer.
