This charming village house is on 4 floors, freshly renovated and decorated in a contemporaty style. On the ground floor there is the entrance hall with cloakroom. There is an air-conditioned lovelingly bedroom on the 1st floor with a 160cm double bed and ensuite shower room with toilet and many storage. On the second floor a luminous reception room and a well-equipped open kitchen with dining area. On the third floor, there is another Bedroom on a open mezzanine with a 140cm double bed and ensuite shower room.
The bedrooms are equipped with a Bang&Olufsen TV. The house equipped with an alarm, safe deposit box and luxury bed linen.
The property is ideally located in the centre of Saint Tropez, enabling easy access to boat rental, restaurants and a vision of night life awaits.
