This elegant townhouse is on 4 floors where each space has recently been redecorated to a high standard with a luxurious and intimate feel. On the ground floor there is a guest WC at the entrance. There are 2 air-conditioned bedrooms; one on the 1st floor with a 160cm bed, dressing area and ensuite bathroom with shower, WC and wash basin. The second floor is, equally housing a second ensuite bedroom with 160 bed, dressing area, WC, Shower and wash basin. On the 3rd floor there is a luminous reception room and a well-equipped open plan kitchen and dining area, which then leads up to the 4th and top floor to an office space and the splendid roof top terrace.
Both bedrooms are equipped with a Bang&Olufsen TV. The house is equipped with a safe deposit box and all beds are made up with luxury bedlinen.
The property is ideally positioned in the centre of Saint Tropez, enabling easy access to boat rental, restaurants and the exciting night life Saint Tropez has to offer.
