Welcome to our recently renovated family home located a few meters from the centre of the village of l'île-aux-Moines, nicknamed "the pearl of the gulf" (10 minutes from the port and 5 minutes from the beach of Port Miquel).

This house will seduce you by its brightness and its modern and neat decoration, it has a beautiful terrace to enjoy the outside to the maximum.
Please note: the first floor is only accessible from the outside of the house (stairs on the left)
The setting is beautiful and quiet! lovely wooded grounds with a large terrace equipped with a garden table and its 8 chairs, parasol, as well as a lounge for relaxation and aperitifs!
The large apple tree in the garden will allow you to have lunch in the shade if you wish!
