Positive: Former gatehouse to local chateau that's been tastefully renovated to an extremely high standard. Superb, isolated rural location close to Sancerre and the river Loire. We used it as a stopover, but it's far too good for this. Would make an ideal base for walking, cycling or torturing holiday in rural France.
