Positive: Moufida !! The absolute best, so kind and helpful and always with a smile on her face !!
Negative: New hotel with glitches, no sound proofing in the rooms, parking terrible, no laundry service, but lots of potential to be the perfect boutique hotel in St Tropez !
Summary: Without Moufida it would have not been anything like as good as she made it !!
