Gleich über der Grenze haben Sie die Wahl zwischen drei gut geführten Restaurants. Ebenso sind Bäcker und Metzger innerhalb einiger Meter, und nach knapp einem Kilometer ein großer Einkaufsmarkt. Wenn Sie sich in die andere Reichtung wenden, also mit Blick zum Preditstuhl gehen Sie über eine große Wiese und erreichen nach wenigen Metern das Haus des Gastes mit einem sehr guten itallienischen Restaurant und nochmal 500 m weiter einem Edeka-Markt. Im Haus des Gastes finden auch Unterhaltungsveranstaltungen statt. Die Ferienwohung liegt vom Reichenhaller Zentrum nur fünf Autominuten entfernt. Die Therme erreichen Sie nach knapp 10 Min. Fahrzeit. Sie haben die Möglichkeit über wunderbare Spazier- und Radwege ganz ohne Verkehr auch nach Bad Reichenhall hinunterzugehen.
