Outstanding Carefree Private home with amazing desert and mountain views. This home is set back high above the street which gives you the best views in town.
You can see city lights in the evening, sunsets at dusk and enjoy your coffee on the patio while you watch the sunrise. This home has beautiful hardwood flooring throughout with carpet in the bedrooms.
The gourmet fully stocked kitchen has Viking appliances and a stainless steel basin style sink area. The eat -in kitchen is furnished with a wood table with bench style seating that can accommodate up to six guests.
The breakfast nook has a door that opens to the back yard and a stone finished fireplace.
The master bedroom has a King size bed with a matching suite of furniture, a flat screen Wall mounted TV and his and her closets. The Master Bathroom has a large walk in glass door shower with a single sink vanity and commode.
You can access the backyard through a door off the master bathroom. Guest bedroom one has a set of twin beds and guest bedroom 2 has a queen size bed. The hall bathroom has a lovely clawfoot bathtub with a single mirrored sink vanity. The living area has two rust colored leather sofas, a coffee table and a separate seating area with a rocking chair and an arm chair.
The living room has high beamed ceilings and a flat screen TV mounted on the wall above the fireplace.
This is a wonderful home and a special location. Here you can capture the spirit and adventure of the true southwest and the splendor that is the Sonoran Desert. Spend a day in Cave Creek or Carefree and explore the galleries, restaurants and antique collector opportunities. So many great little boutiques and extraordinary culinary events to keep you busy during your stay in the Majestic Carefree Home.

~ Check-in time is at 3:00 PM
~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM
~We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please coordinate your travel plans with these times in mind
~Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age.
~Casago provides a starter pack of hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap.
~Reservation holder must always occupy the home unless approved in advance by Casago.
~All reservations must submit their driver's license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
~Utility caps apply. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer- Airbnb money request will be sent within 14 days of departure.
~All last-minute reservations or those booked by Arizona residents staying in the Phoenix area are subject to a background check on the reservation holder and an additional screening fee.
~ The guest is liable for all pet damage if the home is pet approved. Select homes are pet approved.
