The full or partial deposit will be returned after inspection of the property upon leaving and in accordance with any damage observed CLEANING: The exit cleaning is taken care of by the owner who invoices 100 euros to the tenant. A cleaning kit and household products are made available to the tenant for any intermediate cleaning.
