With your own private gated road on a wooded 10+ acres mountain land with private trails and a large driveway (RV's are welcome). This cabin is designed to take full advantage of the views of Dawson Forest, Burnt Mountain, and Mt. Oglethorpe from the large back decks and window views.
Although cabin is Not located inside Big Canoe it comes with Big Canoe passes so you can enter and enjoy all the Big Canoe amenities! Our Modern Big Bear Kitchen or should I say kitchens (two kitchens: located on main floor and lower level) is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare scrumptious meals no matter how big your group or family is. Gas powered fire places perfect to snuggle up with some hot chocolate or coffee. Large outside decks to enjoy mother nature views or to grill up some steaks on our gas BBQ.
Relax & enjoy our huge fire pit area perfect for large families and smores. Feel free to bring an ATV to cruise through your private woods and trails or enjoy our hunting tree stands already set up around your woods – that will give you the perfect advantage! (Must be licensed & follow state/county policy & laws). Note: If you plan to hunt or use an off road vehicle on the property, you must sign a release of liability form that we will provide for you.
You can expect to see fall colors, winters with occasional snow, refreshing flowering springtime, and very moderate lush cooler summers. Roads cleared all the way to the house.
