Although you'll feel secluded, you are actually close to everything Sedona and the surrounding area have to offer. Whether hiking, biking, horseback riding or touring by Jeep, a variety of mountains, canyons, and State parks, as well as lakes, creeks and streams, welcome exploration. Wander through galleries, boutiques and novelty stores to find Southwestern, hand-crafted collectibles and keepsakes. With adventure-filled days and tranquil evenings, Sedona offers an unforgettable journey.
When you enter, you can't help but admire the expansive beauty of the living area. The natural light streaming through the plate glass windows, floods over the tile and hard wood floors and your eye is drawn to the exquisite architectural detail this home offers.
Along with views galore from practically everywhere...the open living area with its high ceilings throughout, is comfortably furnished, has a charming gas,Chiminea-Style fireplace and a flat screen TV. Topped off with a stylish wet bar which is built in along one wall...this living area is truly designed for entertaining.
The adjacent dining room has table seating for 6 with another 2 stools at a breakfast bar.
The kitchen is open to the living area, and the breakfast bar in between naturally draws people together. With granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and gorgeous cabinetry, you'll find all the essentials necessary to prepare and serve a delicious meal...all you'll need to provide is the food! Including a gas range, there is also a dishwasher, microwave and coffee-maker.
Off both the living room and the kitchen you'll discover sprawling Verandas. With almost 300 days of sunshine a year in Sedona, and this outside living area with all the natural beauty surrounding you, you'll want to spend a lot of time outside. Whether you are grilling up dinner on the gas grill, baking pizza in the brick pizza oven, enjoying the serenity of a sunrise while sipping your morning coffee, or simply unwinding at sunset after a day of hiking, you can't help but be awestruck by the fabulous Red Rock views of Courthouse and Bell Rock.

There is a full futon in the living room (sleeps 2) and a twin sleeping chair in the master (sleeps 1)
The Master Bedroom inspires romance with a gas fireplace, King size bed, French doors leading to a private seating area, ceiling fan, and a master bath that boasts dual sinks, a gorgeous tiled and glass walk-in shower, and a separate large Oceana, Air Stream Jetted tub.
The 2nd bedroom is also a master with its own private full bath with tub, Queen size bed, and ceiling fan.
The 3rd bedroom has a Queen size bed and ceiling fan.
There is also another separate bathroom, with a tiled walk in shower.
Although Sedona has much to explore, you are also only about 2 hours from the Grand Canyon and 45 minutes to Historic Downtown Flagstaff.
Pets are considered, however we asked that you keep "4 on the floor" as we say in our house. Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding. Also, please pick up after them outside. We usually allow one small to medium size dog. No vicious breeds. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
We supply freshly cleaned linens, bedding, and towels for all our guests. We also supply paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, laundry detergent, dish, dishwasher, and hand soap.
We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, or body wash.
Although often times there will be a variety of condiments, coffee, etc we cannot guarantee what will be available.
