This Coastal Cape simply oozes that quintessential Chincoteague Charm. And with 4 Bedrooms, a huge Bonus Room, and every bell and whistle imaginable, you’ll quickly see this Dream Home is no slacker!
As you enter My Happy Place, you’ll be swept away by Colors of Sea Glass and Sunshine, and will love the whimsical Nautical Decor - we have so much in store for you, kick off your Flip Flops and let the fun begin!
My Happy Place has a surprise around every corner. The gorgeous Living Area is adorned with aquas, grays, and yellows that work magically together to brighten your day. Just imagine sinking into the comfy sofa after a fun-filled day at the Beach, and enjoying the Free WiFi and Flat Screen TV. The soothing colors, lush furnishings, and tasteful Coastal Decor work together for sheer perfection. This wonderful home is absolutely perfect for spending time together without ever feeling crowded - from children to adults, everyone will be thrilled at My Happy Place!
The Chef in your family will adore the Well-Stocked Kitchen, which is not only fully loaded with every gadget you could possibly need, it’s mesmerizing to be in. Crisp Whites and grays pair wonderfully with gorgeous Countertops and Stainless Appliances, and between the Dining Table and Breakfast Bar, there’s plenty of room for all. Dine in the comfort of the Central AC, or Al-Fresco on the very cool Furnished Deck - a Parrot Head’s paradise! Whether you’re into making Smoothies, baking homemade pizza, roasting nuts, or having some Sno-Cone fun, you’ll find everything you need is this Kitchen - and we do mean everything!
Just off the Kitchen, you’ll find the garage - no big deal, you say? WAIT until you see this garage! With a comfy Seating Area, Flat Screen TV, Pellet Stove (available Oct. 15 - April 15), Refrigerator, and games, games, more games, and lots of toys, this is THE place to be at My Happy Place - the kids will never want to leave! And because the thoughtful Owners want you to have all you need, without having to pack it, the home is stocked with 11 Bikes, 2 Kayaks, lots of Beach Chairs, Umbrellas, and Toys, Baby Gear, and even equipment for crabbing and fishing - you’ve not stayed at the likes of My Happy Place before! Enjoy family game night at the additional table/chairs, or use as extra dining space - the world is your oyster. And by the way, you have all you need to roast or steam your crabs and oysters, as well! Wander out back and enjoy a glass of Pinot on the Deck, or in one of the Adirondacks, calling your name, and enjoy the Fire Pit. More comfy Seating for the Backyard is in store for Summer 2021, as well!
My Happy Place sleeps 12 in sheer comfort and style in 4 Bedrooms and 2 Full Baths. On the 1st Floor, you’ll find 2 Bedrooms and a Full Bath, also convenient to the Living Area. Bedroom 1 has a comfy King Bed, Flat Screen TV, and Faux Fireplace - the room is as charming as you’d find at a B and B. Just next door, Bedroom 2 has a Queen Bed and Flat Screen TV. My Happy Place actually has a total of 8 Flat Screen TVs, 6 of them being Smart TVs - wow!
Wandering upstairs, you’ll find an adorable Reading Nook perfect for curling up with a good book. Bedroom 3 has a King Bed and is striking with the Colors of Sand Dunes and Sea Glass - just a lovely contrast. There’s a desk work area, perfect for checking emails or catching up on a virtual class, and another Flat Screen TV. Bedroom 4 is dashing with deep blue walls and pops of coral, and a Queen Bed.
Just wait, we aren’t done yet - the Bonus Room - and what a wonderful bonus it is! This huge Family Room has a comfy Sectional Sofa (also a Sleeper) facing a Flat Screen TV, 2 Twin Beds both with Twin Trundles, and THE coolest Tiki Bar ever, complete with Mini Fridge. We LOVE this room, y’all - it’s simply perfect.
As you see, My Happy Place is so much more than a place to lay your head at night. This is truly a Vacation Experience from the beginning to the end. We can’t wait to help make My Happy Place, YOUR Happy Place on our beautiful little island by the sea.
