Ascend to the upper level to discover four substantial bedrooms with heritage features and built-in robes. 3 bedrooms have queen beds & 1 bedroom has a single bed plus an optional trundle, in total the house can comfortably sleep a total of 8 people. There is an opulent family bathroom with bath, shower & double vanity, a separate powder room, an upper-level balcony with views of Rowan Street & evaporative cooling upstairs.
There is ducted heating downstairs and a split system heater/air conditioner in the dining/kitchen area. Parking is available on the street but please be aware of restricted times, otherwise there is unlimited parking in the laneway.
The meticulously landscaped gardens, adorned with established fruit trees, surround the property, creating a serene outdoor sanctuary. Enjoy premium amenities such as an inground tiled pool (Please note: the pool is not heated and the spa is currently not in use).

This property has a strict no party policy and we welcome families to enquire about booking, please note groups of young friends will not be accepted for this property. We may ask you for further identification or information prior to accepting your booking request. We do not accept 'schoolies' groups at this property and the minimum age for check in is 25 years.

Summary: We had a lovely stay, the location was amazing, house was comfortable and the communication from the property manager was excellent. It would have been great if there were a few more essential items at the house eg more bin bags, washing tablets, oil and condiments. We ran out of bin bags and dishwashing tablets in the first 24 hours with 4 adults and 3 kids.
