This country house made of natural stone has been extensively renovated, but it has kept its typical Mallorcan charm wonderful. Around the property there is a garden with Mediterranean plants and trees, various furnished terraces and seating and of course a large pool which has been fenced for the safety of your children. The living area inside the house is on two levels: The upper floor has a living-dining room with integrated fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with double bed, an open bedroom with two single beds and a large terrace. The bathroom is located by the stairs leading to the lower floor. The ground floor living area has a living-dining room, from which two single bedrooms go out. Furthermore, there is the old rustic kitchen, where you can see how the Mallorcans lived earlier. Only accessible from the outside is another typical Mallorcan kitchen available, which is also fully equipped (the dishwasher is however in the kitchen in the upper floor) From this kitchen you enter into a completely renovated shower room.
