Summary: We had a great stay at Marin Apartments. We stayed 3 nights so that we could see Iguazu Falls from both sides. The apartment was in a great location with an easy walk to the bus station, restaurants and bars. The best part of this trip was Nicholas, the manager on call. He was very responsive and gave really good advice on how to get the Falls, restaurants to try, navigating the city... He let us get into the apartment a few hours early, saving us from walking around town with suitcases in very hot weather. There is no elevator and this apartment in on the 2nd floor, which is the third story, so it does require walking up 3 flights of stairs. The bedrooms and living area are a good size and the kitchen is huge and fairly well equipped. Since we were there in the heat of the summer (temps in the high 90's!) the kitchen door had to be kept close as the air conditioner couldn't keep up. One problem we had was that the living room furniture was very low to the ground and quite difficult for us 60+ year-olds to get off of. There was a dining room table in the living area that we used a lot, instead. The master bed was on the firm side so just be aware if you prefer a softer mattress. All in all, it was a great place and a great value for our stay to see Iguazu Falls and if we ever come back, this is where we will stay.
