Modern kitchen, main living room, 3 bedrooms (including a master bedroom) along with 2 baths are located on the upper level. Fully equipped kitchen offers a picturesque view of the backyard tree and valley. Living room has a large smart TV offering Netflix premium and Amazon Prime video.
Secondary living room on the lower level offers a dedicated workspace and entertainment area (offers board games, Tornado foosball table) along with a sleeper sofa on the 1st floor. Oversized 4th bedroom with king bed and a sleeper sofa on the 1st floor. Both sleeper sofas can be easily converted into comfortable beds.
Highchair for toddlers use and Graco Pack 'n Play Portable Playard with full-size infant bassinet are in the garage.
Fireplace is not for use.
Lower level of the backyard is not accessible
Please respect this quiet residential neighborhood and keep noise down between 9pm to 8am. Please, turn OFF the main chandelier in the upstairs living room during quiet hours.

Guests will have access to the entire home except for a few closets, and cabinets that we have locked. Lower backyard is not accessible.
