Mariners Cove 506C is a newly renovated condo with ideal southeast facing water views over the lush tropical mangroves! The Mariners Cove community is tucked just behind the downtown Naples Bayfront shopping and dining district so the condo is easy walking distance to restaurants and shopping. 5th Avenue is also within walking distance. The community has a lovely pool area with views of the Gordon River that leads out into Naples Bay.
The layout is perfect for entertaining with a spacious open kitchen, dining table for six plus bar stools, and a powder room located off the great room. The living room has nice water views and an electric fireplace for ambiance. Sleep up to six people between the primary suite with a king bed and the guest suite with two full size beds. Both bedrooms have private en suite bathrooms with glass enclosed showers. An in-unit washer and dryer are located in a closet in the powder room. Rental comes with 1 assigned garage parking space.
