The property is conveniently located in Katama off the Right Fork inside of the popular neighborhood of Edgartown Estates. THE MAIN HOUSE...Has an open floor plan with a huge family room located next to an inviting sun room. The kitchen has beautiful upgrades with new cabinets, stainless appliances, granite counter top and eat in sitting area. The large dining room seats 10. The bedrooms on the second floor are quiet, bright and comfortable. The third floor bunk-room has great built-in platform beds for 4 and a ships ladder to the roof-top observation deck with incredible distant views over the tree tops and unbelievable star gazing once the sun sets. THE GUEST HOUSE...Has a full kitchen, dining room and living room on the first floor and 2 upstairs bedrooms with full bath on the second floor. Both homes are equipped with pullout sofa beds as well. This relaxing retreat is surrounded by porches, sun decks and located in a quaint private neighborhood convenient to the island bike paths providing a 1.5 mile walk into Edgartown or a 2 mile bike to South beach. Bring a book and get ready to escape to relaxing beaches, shopping & dining by the sea!
