Positive: It’s a relatively new hotel, decent size pool and adequate breakfast
Negative: It’s more about one single person, but maybe a more general training problem. Day 1 had an issue on connecting to an HDMI port, reception tried to help but couldn’t promises IT support that never showed up till the end of the stay Checkout was appalling. Did not realize check out time was 11 instead of the usual 12 and was about to leave my room at 11.30 when the same guy from reception knocked once on the door and immediately used his key card before I could even reach it, no previous phone call just a breach of privacy I have never seen before. On the matter of privacy wasn’t too happy about the hotel using my WhatsApp for trivial issues but I guess that’s the standard now. Overall decent hotel (suited for families) but unfortunately was unlucky with privacy issues which are unacceptable
