The space
Well-equipped, quality, self-contained retreat, extending the whole garden level of our home. Built 2016. The apartment has its own parking and entrance. The living room with kitchenette has sliding doors opening out to a covered, mosquito-netted patio overlooking the garden. The patio includes its own Weber gas BabyQ. The bedroom has an ensuite and walk-in wardrobe. In a quiet spot on the Arakoon peninsula near South West Rocks. Beaches on two sides. The apartment is cheerful, comfortable, clean and roomy.

You will have access to and sole use of the entire garden-level apartment with netted patio and bbq. 2-car, level, dedicated, off-road parking gives immediate access to the apartment's private entrance. If coming in one car, there is room for boards, bikes, kayaks, small boat, etc. You are welcome to use our fish-cleaning bench and sink under our carport.
